Refunds & Return Policy

At Chaya: Rest & Renewal LLC, we create faith-centered self-care products meant to inspire rest and renewal. Because many of our items are personal-care products, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

1) Return Eligibility
  • Unopened/unused items in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Final Sale (no returns): opened/used products, customized/personalized items (e.g., engraved labels, custom prayer cards), digital content, and gift cards.

  • Bundles/kits must be returned complete.

2) Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items
  • Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged/defective or incorrect, email restwithchaya@gmail.com within 7 days with your order #, description, and photos of the packaging and product.

  • Approved claims receive a replacement or refund for the affected item(s).

3) RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
  • Email restwithchaya@gmail.com to request an RMA # before sending any return. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

  • Unless the return is due to our error/defect, buyer pays return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.

4) Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (typically within 5–10 business days after approval). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless caused by our error.

5) Exchanges
  • If inventory allows, we can exchange an unopened product for another scent/variant. Customer is responsible for return and reship charges unless the exchange is due to our error.

6) Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received a refund after the timeline above, contact your bank/card issuer, then reach us at restwithchaya@gmail.com
