Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1) Processing Times
  • In-stock items: typically 2–3 business days to process.

2) Carriers & Rates
  • We primarily ship via UPS.

  • Real-time shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, box size, and destination.

3) Tracking & Delivery
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

  • Address accuracy: Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete addresses.

  • Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, risk of loss passes to the recipient. If you believe a package is missing after a “Delivered” scan, contact the carrier and email restwithchaya@gmail.com—we’ll help where we can.

4) International Shipping
  • Not currently offered at launch. (Update this section when you expand.)

5) Pre-Orders / Backorders
  • If an item is marked Pre-Order or Backorder, the estimated ship window will be shown on the product page and/or in your confirmation email. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may ship together when all items are available.

6) Damaged in Transit
  • Save the box and contents. Email restwithchaya@gmail.com with your order #, photos, and details within 7 days of delivery.
